Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference. Having a positive mindset allows a person to look at all the opportunities and solutions with an optimistic outlook.
Here’s some simple ways to begin your positive mindset. Before you know it these behaviors will become habits. Treat yourself periodically to a massage, spa day, mani/pedicure. Couple of my favorite spots on Oahu, Hawaii are Aveda Hoala Salon a Spa located in Ala Moana. I enjoy the “Body Elixir” it’s a water massage and exfoliation. Another great option is the Moana Lani Spa located in the Moana Surfrider hotel in Waikiki. You will have all day access to Moana Surfriders pool, fitness center, and spa when you book a service at Moana Lani Spa.
Rest is very important in rejuvenating the mind and body for the next day. Make sure you get enough of it so you can feel like a champion!
Exercise helps to relieve stress, which will make you feel happy and energetic.
Surround yourself with positive people. It’s harder to have a positive mindset when the people around you have negative and pessimistic thoughts and conversations.
Plan things to look forward to normally traveling would be a big planning item for me, but during this time of COIVD we have to search for out of the box activities like outdoor activities, family gatherings, entertainment, hiking, going to the beach, picnic, etc.
