Take time each day to give thanks with a gratitude journal.
What are you grateful for? We get so caught up with the hustle and bustle of life we forget to take time each day to give thanks! There are several easy ways to help remind us to take a few moments every day to remember the small things.
The first step is to start a journal. One way to motivate you is to buy a cute notebook, see these options at Erin Condren or here…. Or you could go techy and use an app like Zinnia for iPad.
The second step is to carve out some regular scheduled time (daily, weekly, monthly) whatever works best for you.
The third step is to find a cozy place where you can sit and think happy thoughts.
Lastly, think of items you are grateful for. Before starting this activity think about how many grateful items you want to list. Write about what you are grateful for in your gratitude journal and soon you will start to see a positive change in your life.
