Summer Outfits

It’s time to get ready for summer and travel! What great Chic for Cheap summer outfits did we find!?!?!

I think these white tennis shoes are a part of every outfit Kaylin wears??? We always talk about price per wear here at “Chic for Cheap” and even if these shoes are more pricey to purchase upfront, because she wears them so often the price per wear goes down and it becomes such a great purchase! Yellow and white gingham perfect for summer! This shirred crop top with front and shoulder ties is super cute for summer. White distressed shorts (similar here or here or from Express) add a little edginess to this boho-style top.

If you’re looking for more of a contrast you can pair the yellow and white crop top with jean shorts. These high waisted button-up shorts are perfect for the crop style top.

Always accessorize to add the final touch to any outfit. Cubic Zirconia Barbell Screw Flat Back earrings and heart necklace complete this outfit (and the latest addition the Oura ring).

Peplum is a favorite style for those of us who are rectangle-shaped or “straight” (no waist) because it creates the illusion of a waist. This cute frill trim peplum top does just the job. The waist looks tiny and the lower ruffle flares out to look like you got hips. The same white shorts look great with the light blue top. Don’t forget the Nike white tennies!

Beis

In addition to a few casual outfits for travel, here are a couple of carry-ons that we’re enjoying. Both are from Beis which is a very well-made brand. The larger bag is called the “Weekender”. The name totally describes the bag because it is perfect for the weekend or any day trips. The bottom portion is zippered and separated from the top portion of the bag. The top opens up and has a wired rim for stability. There’s a lot of room to pack for a whole weekend. The bag is on the heavy side so if you plan to carry-on the plane allow for that extra weight.
